1.DHL, UPS, FedEx Express (door to door)
Advantages: Fast delivery, about 3 to 7 days.
Disadvantages: Limited size and weight.
Suitable for: small volume, light weight folding carton.
2. Sea Transportation (port to port)
Advantages: Cheapest mode of transport, unlimited quantity.
Disadvantages: The transportation time is long, about 15 to 35 days.
Suitable for: large volume items and loose time orders. Like a hard gift box.
Note: More procedures are required than express delivery, such as customs clearance, delivery, etc., and customs agents are required to help you handle such matters. Don't worry if you don't have a freight forwarder, we can recommend one for you if needed and we will coordinate all shipping documents with you.
3. Air Transportation (Airport to airport)
Advantages: Faster than shipping, cheaper than express.
Cons: Expensive, requires customs clearance and airport pickup.
Suitable for: urgent orders, urgent goods, valuable goods.

How can I get a quotation?
Before quoting, we should have some basic info about the item. Basic info includes the structure reference, detail dimensions,material request, printed graphics, and quantity. The more details, the better price.
2. I am not sure the size, could you help to design it?
Yes. Tell us your products packing size and how will you display them, then we can design the detail size according to the showcase layout.
3. What if the product is damaged in the process of receiving?
This case need to double check. When you received a broken showcase, please take some photos on the broken items, and send us immediately, we will double check, if it is broken before delivery, we will resend you freely.
4. Do you accept small order?
Yes, small order is available. But the price will be much higher, because we are factory manufacturer, and no matter how many pieces will be done, the machines need to lunch over.
5. How long for making sample?
Normally, it takes about 2-3days; but for big and complicated case, we may need 3-5days.
6. What about the lead time?
It depends on the quantity, it will take 10-15days for less than 3000pcs.
7. Do you have any products in stock?
No. All of our products are customized, we keep each client's unique design confidential.
8. Is the sample charged?
Yes, new sample is charged, but the sample fee will 100% refund after place your order.
